Common Payment Issues & How to Fix Them #
1. Payment Sent but No Confirmation Received
- Double-check that you included your order ID or name in the reference field
- Send a screenshot or transaction ID to our support team via WhatsApp or email
- If you paid via bank transfer, allow 1–2 business days for verification
2. Wrong Amount Sent
- If you underpaid, our team will contact you to top up the balance
- If you overpaid, we’ll offer a refund or apply the excess as store credit
3. Payment Sent to Wrong Number
- Contact your Mobile Money provider immediately to request reversal
- We cannot dispatch orders unless payment is received in our verified account
4. Delay in Dispatch After Payment
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation
- If it’s been longer, contact support to check rider availability or order status
5. Payment Made but No Order Was Placed
- If you paid without submitting an order form, contact support with your payment details
- We’ll help you manually create the order and link it to your transaction
