Can I Return Wholesale Items? Yes — wholesale items may be returned if:
- They arrive damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The item was confirmed but not delivered as agreed
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Request a Return or Refund #
- Contact Support Reach out via WhatsApp or email with:
- Order ID or invoice
- Photos of the item (if damaged)
- Rider name or delivery time
- Review & Approval Our team will assess your request and confirm whether the item qualifies for return or refund.
- Return Coordination
- For Accra-based orders, we may dispatch a rider to collect the item
- For out-of-zone orders, you may be asked to drop off at a partner location
Refund Timelines Once approved:
- Mobile Money refunds are processed within 24–48 hours
- Bank transfers may take 2–5 business days
- Store credit is available instantly if preferred
Important Notes
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours
- Refunds are not guaranteed for bulk orders unless verified by our team
